These Terms of Service govern your use of www.sf4gov.com (“the Site”), operated by Serge Fiankan for Governor 2026 (“the Campaign”). By accessing this Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not violate the rights of others or restrict their ability to use the Site. You may not interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the Site to transmit harmful content.

2. Communications Consent

Communications may include campaign updates, event information, voter outreach, and donation solicitations. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. 3. Donations
Contributions to Serge Fiankan for Governor 2026 are not tax-deductible. California law requires campaigns to collect and report the name, address, employer, and occupation of donors who contribute $100 or more. The Campaign does not accept contributions from registered lobbyists, corporate PACs, large corporations, or entities seeking to influence policy. The Campaign may accept contributions from individuals and small, privately owned businesses. All contributions must be made using your own funds.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to the Campaign. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without permission.

5. Third-Party Services
The Site may use third-party platforms for email delivery, SMS messaging, analytics, donation processing, and volunteer management. These providers may collect or process personal data according to their own terms.
